'LADY ANNE'S WAY'
Lady Anne Clifford sculpture
Epitomises triumph over adversity. moving on with hope for future prosperity.
The sculpture captures the spirit of the indomitable
LADY ANNE CLIFFORD (1590-16760) with her steely determination,
walking the ' Lady Anne's Way' long distance foot path through old WESTMORLAND.
Now in the final process of casting into Bronze. The sculpture has been sculpted in the clay.
Followed by a mould built upon the clay.
UNVEILING INSTALATION SEPTEMBER 24th. 2020
Ian Gowing plinth and ground works. Lord Hothfield descendant of Lady Anne Clifford, Kevin Howley, Lady Anne's Way mould maker and Diane Lawrenson, sculptor.
